“ The food and drink were delicious. It was appealing to the eye and the taste delivered! The ambiance was definitely giving brunch vibes and that was great. There were people dressed casual and those that dressed for the occasion. The service was wonderful. We were a bit disappointed that we were asked to leave because they needed the table. We got up and finished our conversation at the entrance and the table wasn't used. I'm not sure if they do that to everyone or people who pay and decide to chill. ”

“ I've been here a few times, with my most recent visit in November. This spot is always a solid choice for a nice dinner or a quick meal. I recommended it to my mom and sister for their first visit, and they had a fantastic time. The ambiance is great, and the restaurant spans two floors; the upstairs seems to be a lounge, though I've never been up there myself. The food is typically tasty and well-seasoned, though sometimes the temperature can be a bit off when dining with a large group. Overall, though, the food is still really good, and the service is decent. The servers are usually friendly and laid-back, and they tend to get my order right. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're bringing someone to Greensboro for the first time and they're craving soul food that's affordable and doesn't require a long wait. The restaurant is spacious, so even on busy days like Sunday brunch, I've never had to wait long to be seated. ”

“ I enjoyed my time at Luxe! From the time I walked in, I was feeling the vibes. All of the staff that we interacted with was very nice and pleasant. The food was really good as well. I ordered wings with the Luxe sauce. That was a 10/10. I can't remember the name of the drink we ordered but it was like a 4/10. The bartender was cool about it and sent our table a round of shots. ”

They offer a wide variety of your favorite classic souls food options , i thought it was unique that they offer seafood options as well ! My favorite was the lamb chops, whatever sauce they were drenched in needs to be bottled up & sold in stores! The fish n grits was a given & those cheesy grits did not disappoint! The lobster n waffles were perfection ! If you're down for a 1.5 drive from Charlotte for a good Soulfood spot for brunch this is your spot ! ”

“ The customer Service was Super AMAZING we went there on a Sunday right after church, we had super waiter she was so nice and kind I like Gigi, The food was nice and hot and it was delicious. The bathroom was clean and the atmosphere was very good. If you never been you should go. Now ENJOY. ”

“ The food was awesome; perfect presentation, appetizing, hot, delicious, and seasoned to perfection. Our waitress was great...attentive without lacking service or being bothersome. The ambiance was nice, relaxed, a great atmosphere for enjoying a meal out. The prices are a value for the amount of food served. My neighbor and I have birthdays in the same month and choose to celebrate by having dinner at Luxe. So glad we did. I can't wait to go back without needing a reason other than to enjoy good food. ”

“ I've had luxe a few times and they've shears been pretty consistent with their food. The fish was fresh, the green beans were flavorful and the rice and gravy was okay. Parking for the restaurant can be difficult depending on how busy the area is. You'll be lucky to find parking on the street but I believe I've parked at the Catholic Church before with no issues. My waiter was nice but then we felt rushed towards the end. The restaurant had plenty of dining room and bar seating. There's also seating upstairs. ”

“ My neice who goes to NCAT recommended this place. They do not take reservation and r the wait is almost 2 hours on a Sunday. I am from Cali and I noticed that the host are not like the host back home, they do not give you an estimate time, they kept telling customers "they do not know when they would be seated, they could not say" usually host back home know how to gauge the time you could be seated and they are usually almost accurate. I'm not sure if they have a certain time customers are seated so they know how long folks eat but they usually provide some kind of info, I noticed customers getting frustrated with the lack of I formation. We weee finally seated. Put food came out warm, and the macaroni and cheese was good and the cabbage was good. My neice didn't really care for the greens because of the sweet taste but when I tasted the collard greens I believed it was Worcestershire sauce in it, which gave it a smoke flavor, it was okay but I like mustard greens anyway, but the food was good. I like my salmon cook a little lighter. But definitely would go back. The restaurant has a sports bar feels to it. Definitely give this place a try. ”

“ The parking sucks. It's so hard to find somewhere to park. Other than that, it's amazing. I was greeted right away. I did have to wait for the other person with me to get there, but it wouldn't have been a long wait other than that. It's really nice. I like the vibe. Our server was nice and gave us plenty of time to look over the menu. I love that they have koolaid. It's sweet just like we used to make it. I got the fried chicken with mac and cheese and rice and gravy. My friend got the lemon pepper wings with mac and cheese and yams. Everything was really good. The card machine was messed up, so there could be an issue with that. ”
